Superior Corrosion Resistance: Primarily composed of unsaturated polyester resin with high molecular content and glass fiber, it resists erosion from acids, alkalis, salts, untreated domestic sewage, corrosive soils, and chemical wastewater, ensuring long-term pipeline safety.

Superior Aging Resistance and Heat Tolerance: Operates reliably within -40°C to 70°C. Specially formulated high-temperature resins function normally above 200°C. Outdoor pipes feature UV absorbers on the outer surface to delay aging.

Strong freeze resistance: Pipes remain intact without cracking even when frozen solid at temperatures below -20°C.

Lightweight yet high strength: With a specific gravity between 1.65 and 2.0-only one-quarter that of steel-these pipes boast high hoop tensile strength and superior specific strength compared to steel. They facilitate easy transportation and installation while reducing structural loads.

Superior hydraulic performance: Smooth inner walls with a roughness coefficient of 0.0084-significantly lower than concrete or cast iron pipes-minimizes flow resistance, maximizes conveyance capacity, and prevents scaling or corrosion.

High design flexibility: Customizable to meet diverse user requirements for flow rate, pressure, burial depth, and load-bearing capacity, enabling fabrication of fittings with varying pressure and stiffness ratings.

Low maintenance costs: Excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, freeze resistance, and anti-fouling properties eliminate the need for rust prevention, anti-fouling, insulation, thermal insulation, or maintenance. No cathodic protection is required for buried pipes.
